Using Freedompro Home on a new phone

Access your Freedompro homes and modules from a new smartphone without creating a second account.

You do not need to duplicate module configuration when you change phone.

In brief: Install Freedompro Home and sign in with the same method and account used on the previous phone.

  1. Install Freedompro Home from the official store.
  2. Open the app.
  3. Choose the same sign-in provider originally used.
  4. Select the same account.
  5. Grant the required permissions.
  6. Open the home selector and verify the configuration.

If the old phone is no longer available

  • Work out which provider you used.
  • Try only the personal accounts you actually used.
  • Do not reset the modules.
  • Contact support if you sign in to an empty profile.
