All orders made from Monday to Thursday are processed within 48 hours and shipped from our warehouse based in Italy.

Ordini shipped between Friday and Sunday will take place by the end of the second working day.

The estimated arrival or delivery dates at checkout are an indicative deadline. They will be sent via e-mail with the information relating to the traceability of the ordin and once shipped.

The rates and delivery methods are calculated and specified at the time of checkout in our store.

The Store and the links to these General Conditions are always available in Italian, English, French, German and Spanish. In other destination countries, the Store and mobile applications may not be available in the local language.

The support services available in the Store are accessible in Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.

The user is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Product is intended.

How can I get free shipping?

Shipping is free for ordini equal to or greater than €79.90.

I used a discount code, but why do I still pay shipping?

If by applying a discount code, the new total of items in the cart is less than €79.90, shipping costs will automatically be added.

example: €85 - 10% =€76.5 to which shipping costs are added

Which courier is my ordine shipped with?

The courier that Freedompro relies on for shipments is UPS.

How can I track my ordine?

Once your ordine has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow the status of the shipment.
