Most pairing errors depend on LED mode, network, smartphone permissions, or the path chosen in the app.
In short: First check the 2.4 GHz network, local network permission, VPN disabled, and flashing blue LED.
Initial checks
- The module is powered.
- The LED is flashing blue.
- The smartphone is using the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Freedompro Home has access to the local network.
- The VPN is disabled.
- The phone is close to the module.
Choose the correct path
| Module status | Choice in the app |
|---|---|
| New or just reset | No, it's new |
| Already connected to another ecosystem | Yes, it's already paired |
If it still fails
- Close and reopen Freedompro Home.
- Restart the router and wait until the network is stable.
- Check the LED meaning.
- Remove any associations that are no longer valid when possible.
- Reset only if the previous checks do not solve it.
