What happens after a power outage

How a Freedompro accessory behaves when power returns and where to set the default state.

After power returns, the module restarts, restores the configured behavior, and tries to reconnect to the network.

In short: the default value is Keep previous state. You can choose Keep, Off, or On.

Default state after a power outage
The Default state option lets you choose the behavior when power returns.

Available options

Option Behavior
Keep Restores the previous state. This is the default setting.
Off The accessory stays off after restart.
On The accessory turns on after restart.

How to change the default state

  1. Open Freedompro Home.
  2. Select the accessory.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Open Default state.
  5. Choose Keep, Off, or On.

Carefully evaluate the On option for loads that must not start automatically after a power outage.

Auto Off configuration is independent from Default state.
