Connect a module to multiple Matter ecosystems

How to share the same Freedompro module with multiple Matter ecosystems using a new temporary code.

A module that is already configured can be added to another ecosystem by generating a new temporary Matter code.

In brief: Do not use the original QR code again: start pairing with another service and copy the newly generated code.

Sharing a Freedompro module with multiple Matter ecosystems
Generate a temporary code for each new ecosystem.
  1. Open Freedompro Home.
  2. Select the module.
  3. Open Pairing with other services.
  4. Tap Start pairing.
  5. Copy the temporary code.
  6. Open the other ecosystem's app.
  7. Add a Matter device already in use and enter the code.

The temporary code expires. Generate a new one if the procedure is not completed in time.
