Find the model code, serial number and Matter QR code of your Freedompro device.

Model, serial number, and QR code serve different purposes and are requested at different times.

In short: The model identifies the product; the serial number identifies the individual device; the QR code is used for pairing.

Do not publish online readable screenshots of QR codes, serial numbers, MAC addresses, or pairing keys.

If the label is not accessible

  • Open the module in Freedompro Home.
  • Go into the module settings.
  • Open Device Information or Details.
  • Note the model, serial number, and firmware version.
