How to access the Freedompro Home app

Guide to signing in to Freedompro Home with Google, Facebook or Apple and solutions if homes and modules are not visible.

To sign in to Freedompro Home, you do not need to create a separate password: you can use your Google, Facebook, or Apple account. Always choose the same method used for the first login so you can find the homes, modules, and settings already linked to your account.

Before you start

  • Install or update the Freedompro Home app.
  • Make sure your smartphone is connected to the Internet.
  • Remember which provider you used on your first login.

Sign in with Google

  1. Open Freedompro Home.
  2. Tap Continue with Google.
  3. Select the correct account or enter your credentials.
  4. Confirm the required permissions.

Sign in with Facebook

  1. Open Freedompro Home.
  2. Tap Continue with Facebook.
  3. Enter your Facebook profile credentials.
  4. Confirm the login.

Sign in with Apple

  1. Open Freedompro Home.
  2. Tap Continue with Apple.
  3. Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.

Can't find your home or modules?

  • Sign out of the app and try again using the original login method.
  • If you used Hide My Email with Apple, keep signing in with Apple.
  • Check that you did not choose a different Google or Facebook account.
  • Do not create a new profile just to try: you may end up in an empty account.

Expected result

After signing in, you will see the homes, rooms, modules, and habits linked to your account.
