How to create, manage or delete a home in Freedompro Home

Create a home, add a second property, enter the address or delete a home in the Freedompro Home app.

In Freedompro Home, a Home groups together rooms, modules, accessories, members, and habits belonging to the same system. You can create multiple homes, for example your main home, second home, or office.

How to create your first home

  1. Sign in to Freedompro Home.
  2. During the initial setup, enter a recognizable name for the home.
  3. Select the rooms you want to create right away.
  4. Enter the address manually or use geolocation.
  5. Confirm to enter the new home and start adding modules.

Why enter the address: The address allows location-based and sun-time-based functions, such as sunrise and sunset, to work correctly.

How to add another home

  1. Open the currently selected home.
  2. Tap the + symbol in the top right.
  3. Select Add new home.
  4. Enter the name, rooms, and address.
  5. Confirm the creation.

How to switch between homes

Open the menu in the top left and select the home you want to control. Before editing rooms, members, or modules, always make sure you are in the correct home.

How to delete a home

  1. Select the home you want to delete.
  2. Open the menu in the top left.
  3. Go to Manage home.
  4. Tap Delete home.
  5. Enter the home name to confirm and complete deletion.

Warning: Deleting the home removes its organization, accessories, and configurations from the account. Make sure you selected the correct home before confirming.
