For purchases made on freedompro.eu you can send the request from your customer account or through support.

In brief: Do not ship the product until you have received the operating instructions.

Consumers

Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the conditions published in the Returns and refunds policy.

Request through your account

  1. Sign in to your customer account using the order email.
  2. Enter the verification code received by email.
  3. Open the order.
  4. Select Request return.
  5. Choose the products and the reason.
  6. Send the request and wait for evaluation.

  • Order number.
  • Purchase email.
  • Products involved.
  • Reason for the request.
  • Photos or videos if the product is damaged or non-compliant.
