Easykon for MyHome uses a compatible BTicino gateway to detect and manage the accessories present on the SCS bus. Before installation, check the gateway model and update its firmware.

Connection requirements

  • The gateway must be connected to the MyHome SCS bus.
  • The gateway must be connected to the local network via Ethernet.
  • Easykon and the gateway must be reachable on the same network used by the system.
  • The gateway firmware must be up to date.

Not compatible: MyHomeServer1 is not compatible with Easykon for MyHome.

If Easykon cannot find the gateway

  • Check the gateway power supply and Ethernet cable.
  • Verify that the gateway responds on the local network.
  • Check that client isolation, VLANs or firewall rules are not blocking communication.
  • Update the BTicino firmware and restart the devices.
  • Make sure you selected the correct gateway in the Easykon interface.
