How to permanently delete your Freedompro account

Procedure for permanently deleting your Freedompro Home account and the checks to complete before deleting homes and configurations.

You can permanently delete your account directly from the Freedompro Home app.

Warning: This action is irreversible. Your profile data will be deleted and you will lose access to associated homes, modules, and accessories. Before proceeding, transfer ownership of any homes that need to remain active.

How to delete your account

  1. Open Freedompro Home.
  2. Tap the menu in the top left.
  3. Select My Profile.
  4. Open Edit Profile.
  5. Tap Delete account.
  6. Enter the email address linked to the profile.
  7. Confirm with Delete.

Before confirming

  • Transfer ownership of any homes to other users, if needed.
  • Check that you do not have configurations that will need to be recovered.
  • Make sure you selected the correct account.

Expected result

At the end of the procedure, the account will no longer be accessible. To use Freedompro Home again, you will need to create a new profile and configure your devices again.
