SW0702-F is a Freedompro module designed to control 2 dry contacts with 12 V power supply. It lets you control devices with a dry contact input, such as gates, garage doors, locks, pumps, or irrigation systems.

In short
- Channels: 2 dry contacts.
- Installation point: 502/503 flush-mounted box.
- Power supply: 12 V DC (+5% / −15%).
- Connectivity: 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Matter.
- Local control: physical controls remain usable even without Internet, if the module is correctly powered and wired.
Safety: Installation must be performed by qualified personnel. Disconnect power, verify absence of voltage, and follow the wiring diagram specific to the model.
Before you start
- Identify the exact model shown on the label.
- Consult the model-specific wiring diagram included in this guide.
- Check power supply voltage, load type, and expected current.
- Make sure the box, panel, or technical compartment has enough space.
- Keep the Matter QR code available for pairing.

- Connect the contacts to outputs O1 and O2 with common C12 following the diagram.
- Connect the physical controls to inputs S1 and S2.
- Connect + and − respecting polarity.
- Check the external controlled circuit and the allowed limits.
- Restore power and check the LED.
- Pair the module and configure the two accessories.
Simplified wiring diagram
Use the simplified diagram to recognize the general function of the terminals. For final wiring, always also refer to the professional diagram and the product technical documentation.

Professional wiring diagram
The professional diagram shows the connections to use during installation. Do not substitute the model, power supply, or terminal functions with instructions referring to other products.

Important notes
- Do not connect the F model to mains voltage.
- The dry contact does not power the external device.
- Set Auto Off according to the pulse required by the connected control unit.
Configuration in the app
- Open Freedompro Home.
- Add the module as a new device, or use the procedure for a module already paired.
- Scan the QR code.
- Assign a name to the module.
- Configure each accessory or channel.
- Test physical controls and app control.
- Only after verification, add any other Matter ecosystems.
If something does not work
- If the device does not respond, check common, output, and the input type required by the control unit.
- If the contact stays closed too long, check Auto Off.
- If the physical control does not respond, check the configured input.
- If the module is offline, check the LED and the Wi-Fi network.
- Before performing a reset, recheck power supply, wiring, and configuration.
- When contacting support, provide model, serial number, LED color, and observed behavior.
