Connect Easykon to Amazon Alexa through the Freedompro skill to control the compatible accessories of your MyHome or KNX system by app and voice.

Before you start

  • Easykon must be installed, configured, and added to Freedompro Home.
  • The accessories must already be mapped correctly.
  • Use in Alexa the same Freedompro account linked to Easykon.
  • Update the Freedompro Home and Amazon Alexa apps.

How to enable the Freedompro skill

  1. Open the Amazon Alexa app.
  2. Open the menu and select Skills & Games.
  3. Search for Freedompro.
  4. Open the skill and tap Enable to Use.
  5. Sign in with the same account used in Freedompro Home.
  6. Confirm the authorization.
  7. Start device discovery if it does not begin automatically.

If some accessories do not appear

  • Check that they are enabled in the Easykon interface.
  • Make sure the category assigned to the accessory is supported by Alexa.
  • Check that control and status are configured correctly.
  • Disable and re-enable the skill only after verifying account and mapping.
  • Start a new device discovery in Alexa.

Expected result

Compatible Easykon accessories will be visible in Alexa and can be organized into rooms, groups, and routines.
