How to use Quick Timer from the Dashboard

Schedule a single future switch-on or switch-off directly from an accessory tile.

Quick Timer lets you schedule a single future action without creating a recurring Schedule.

In short: you can choose Turn on in when the accessory is off, or Turn off in when it is on.

How to set it

  1. Open the Dashboard.
  2. Open the quick menu of the accessory tile.
  3. Select Quick Timer.
  4. Choose Turn on in or Turn off in, depending on the accessory state.
  5. Set the delay.
  6. Confirm.

Quick Timer or Schedule?

Function When to use it
Quick Timer For a single future turn-on or turn-off
Schedule For recurring actions on defined days and times
Sunrise and sunset For actions linked to sun times

Quick Timer does not include the Turn on for or Turn off for functions.

If the option does not appear

The menu may vary depending on the accessory category and the available functions.
