Freedompro Home shows energy and power measured by modules that support energy monitoring.
In short: all models for lights, shutters, and outlets measure consumption per individual channel.

Data available in Freedompro Home
- Energy: shown in kWh in the Consumption section.
- Instantaneous power: shown in W for the individual channel.
- Habits: instantaneous power can be used as a condition above or below a threshold.
Data exposed through Matter

Through Matter, accumulated energy in kWh, voltage, current, apparent power, and power factor are not exposed.
Home Assistant
When the module is integrated through Matter, Home Assistant receives what the device exposes through Matter: instantaneous power in W for lights and outlets. Shutters do not expose consumption through Matter.
Consumption tile in the Dashboard
The Consumption tile can be added to the Dashboard for light and outlet accessories. Shutters remain visible in the Consumption section but do not have a Consumption tile in the Dashboard.
Freedompro API
Consumption data is not currently exposed through the Freedompro API.
If the data does not appear
- Check that the module belongs to the LB, WC, or OL families.
- Make sure the module is online.
- Open the correct channel.
- Check that the device is updated.
- If you use Home Assistant, check the category: through Matter, consumption is available only for lights and outlets.
Expected result
In Freedompro Home you will be able to view energy and power for each compatible channel. In Matter ecosystems, only instantaneous power in W will be available for lights and outlets.
