Easykon for MyHome cannot find the BTicino gateway

Network, firmware and compatibility checks when Easykon for MyHome does not detect the gateway.

Easykon for MyHome communicates with the SCS bus through a compatible BTicino gateway.

In brief: Check the model, firmware, Ethernet connection and reachability on the same network.

Checks

  • The gateway is listed as compatible.
  • The gateway firmware is up to date.
  • The gateway is connected to the SCS bus.
  • The gateway and Easykon are connected via Ethernet.
  • Both are reachable on the local network.
  • Firewall, VLAN or client isolation are not blocking communication.

Procedure

  1. Restart the gateway and Easykon.
  2. Sign in to the Easykon web interface.
  3. Run the search again.
  4. Select the correct gateway.
  5. Confirm the connection.
  6. Run accessory detection again.

MyHomeServer1 is not included in the list of compatible gateways shown in the current documentation.
