This guide shows which BTicino MyHome accessory categories can be exposed by Easykon for MyHome and which functions are available in the different ecosystems. Easykon is not Matter: compatibility depends on the mapped category, the BTicino gateway, and the connected platform.
Before checking the table
- Update Easykon and the BTicino gateway to the latest available version.
- Make sure the gateway in use is compatible.
- Complete accessory detection in the Easykon interface.
- Assign the correct category to each accessory.
- Keep in mind that some platforms may support only part of the available functions.

- Automatic shutdown: turns the accessory off after the configured time, when supported.
- Opening or closing time: defines the movement duration for doors, gates, garages, windows, or shutters.

If an accessory does not appear in the connected app
- Check that the accessory is enabled in the Easykon interface.
- Check the assigned category.
- Check that the gateway and accessory are online.
- Check in the table that the category is supported by the selected platform.
- Update or run device discovery again in the external app.
Expected result
Each compatible accessory is presented in the connected ecosystem with the category and functions defined by the Easykon mapping.
