How to open the settings

  1. Open Freedompro Home.
  2. From the home screen, tap the menu in the top left.
  3. Select Module settings.
  4. Choose the module to configure.
  5. On multi-channel models, select one accessory at a time.

Available settings

  • Name: use a name linked to the light position or function.
  • Physical control type: choose button or switch according to the system.
  • Control mode: when available, set the suitable cyclic behavior.
  • State after a power outage: choose how the light should behave when power returns.
  • Auto Off: enable it only if you want the light to turn off automatically after an interval.

How to save

  1. Check the selected settings.
  2. Tap Done in the top right.
  3. Repeat the procedure for the other module channels.
  4. Test control from the app and from the physical button or switch.

Important notes

  • On multi-channel modules, configure each light separately.
  • After editing, test both the physical control and the app.
  • Do not use Auto Off as a substitute for electrical or safety protection.

If the behavior is not correct

  • Make sure you selected the correct channel.
  • Check the configured physical control type.
  • Check the wiring against the model diagram.
  • Restart the module without resetting it and test again.
  • Reset only after ruling out configuration and wiring errors.

Cyclic mode

Cyclic mode lets you control multiple outputs with one physical control, moving to the next combination at each press.

Module Sequence
2-channel light ON/OFF → OFF/ON → ON/ON → OFF/OFF
4-channel light The same sequence is applied separately to pairs 1-2 and 3-4

The sequence continues from the current output state.

Disabled input

By selecting None, the physical input does not generate commands. The channel remains controllable from the app and connected ecosystems.

Expected result

The module will respond consistently from the app and the physical control, keeping the settings defined for each channel.

Auto Off

Auto Off is available for lights, outlets, and dry contacts. It is disabled by default.
